Classic (Swedish) Massage

 

60 minute body massage - Includes back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs and feet.  Areas can be omitted at your request and further time spent on the other areas listed. The client is covered with towels or blankets which are turned back to reveal the area to be massaged.  Oils are used throughout the treatment.

 

This treatment is performed on a massage table.

Back, neck and shoulder massage - This treatment is ideal for anyone who spends extended periods of time sitting at a desk. This treatment can be given on a massage table, or if preferred, in a seated position utilising a massage chair or desktop massage support (see pictures).   Oils are used throughout the treatment.  

 

Please specify when booking if you would prefer to be massaged in a seated position.

 

Duration: 30 minutes - £30

 

Lower leg and foot massage - Ideal for aching legs and feet.  This treatment can be given on a massage table, or if preferred, in a seated position in the client's own chair.  Oils are used throughout the treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

 

An incredibly light and gentle treatment to support the lymphatic system and help with fluid retention.  This is very different to a classic massage.  Treatment areas include chest, shoulders, arms, hands, abdomen, legs, feet, neck and back.  The client is covered with towels or blankets which are turned back to reveal the area to be massaged.  Oils are not used with this treatment.

 

This treatment is performed on a massage table.

 

Duration: 60 minutes - £55

Indian Head Massage

Ease muscular tension and relax with this massage.  Treatment areas are the neck, shoulders, upper back, upper arms, scalp and face.  
 

The use of oils is optional in this treatment.

 

For this treatment the client sits in a low backed chair.
